If staying in a Wyndham property:
Packages including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 7 days from check-in will incur a $50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of 1 reschedules allowed per booking. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date and non-attendance or failure to complete the sales presentation, will incur a Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card.
If staying in a non-Wyndham property:
Cancellations of reservations and attempts to reschedule bookings made at Non-Wyndham properties are not permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way and will incur the full accommodation price being automatically charged to your credit card.
If on a Cruise & Stay package:
Cancellations of reservations and attempts to reschedule are not permitted for any reason.
