Cancellation policy

 

In line with new restrictions from governments across the region designed to contain the coronavirus/COVID-19, Wyndham has made the difficult decision to close all Wyndham resorts commencing immediately.   This action is being taken to keep our guests and team members safe. All of us also have a larger part to play in helping our health professionals across this region to halt the spread of this virus.

As a result, all holiday bookings due to check-in on or before 31 May 2020 have now been CANCELLED.  We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. All holiday certificates and Wyndham Holiday Passes now have an additional 3 months to book their holiday or Special Invitation Stay. 

Please note due to government recommendations we will not be allowing any new bookings for travel up until 30 April 2020. We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation closely.  If there are any new changes made to the above conditions, we will advise you accordingly.
