You, or if married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence, then both parties must attend and complete an informative sales presentation of approximately 90 minutes (whilst on your holiday).

 

  • This offer is not available to groups (more than two affiliated couples)
  • It is designed for singles and couples who are married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence who:
    • If Single
      • have a minimum annual income of AUD$75,000 per annum (Australian residents) or NZD$75,000 per annum (New Zealand residents); and are
      • between the ages of 25-72 years of age; or
    • If married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence
      • have a minimum combined annual income of AUD$90,000 per annum (Australian residents) or NZD$90,000 per annum (New Zealand residents); and are
    • between 25-72 years of age; and are
    • If a Self-funded retiree
      • be between the ages of 65-72 years of age
    • Permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand.
  • Employees and their immediate families, existing WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners, existing Discovery by Wyndham members, and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer and claim rewards
  • A Qualified Prospect can only ever receive a maximum of three (3) Packages over the course of their life.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners), money order or cheque. An additional 0.9% Credit Card Service Fee will be applied to all amounts paid by credit card. 
  • Any deposits paid for packages or holiday offerings are non-refundable 
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific offer and only one offer may be redeemed per household.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all prices are based on either a studio apartment/hotel room for two adults (Perth, Port Macquarie, Sydney, Shoal Bay, Torquay, Ballarat, Port Douglas, Marcoola Beach, Melbourne, Dunsborough and Wanaka), a one-bedroom apartment for two adults (Seven Mile Beach, Coffs Harbour, and Golden Beach) or a one-bedroom apartment for two adults and two children under 12 years (Kirra Beach, Surfers Paradise and Fiji).
  • The per room per night rate offer includes 2 or 3 nights’ accommodation.
  • Holiday voucher valid for 90 days, and bookings can be made 60 days in advance, up to the expiry date of the holiday voucher. 
  • Packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Space is limited and all reservations are subject to availability.
  • Seasonal surcharges apply depending on departure date
  • Holidays by Wyndham have the right to charge extra if the number of people is greater than what was confirmed upon the booking. If applicable, prices are inclusive of Australian, New Zealand & Fijian Airport Taxes, except taxes that can only be paid upon departure. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified, which are correct at time of publishing and subject to limited availability. 
  • If applicable - Airline Tickets cannot be transferred to another name and will be considered as a cancellation. Travel dates cannot be changed under any circumstances and will be considered a cancellation, if unable to travel on dates stated on issued airline tickets.

Additional Voucher Promotions (as part of your holiday package) Terms & Conditions 

  • For holiday packages where additional vouchers and/or discounted theme park tickets are offered, the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation (refer to specific destination links found below) PLUS the full cost of theme park tickets and/or additional vouchers as issued to you (this cost is available to you upon request at the time of booking). 
  • From time to time, you may be offered additional items to add to your holiday package, such as vouchers or gift cards at a discounted price. To receive such additional packaged items at a discounted price you must abide by these Terms and Conditions, and may be required to travel to specific destinations and on specific dates as listed in the specific offer. 
  • Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is not affiliated with Coles Group and Myer and these companies have not endorsed this promotion or the products promoted by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. Use of all additional Vouchers and/or Gift Cards will be subject to Terms and Conditions of use imposed by the Voucher or Gift Card fulfillers.

  • Valid for midweek bookings only and excludes High Season Periods. Midweek stays (3 nights) are valid for check-ins Monday-Thursday. Weekend stays (2 nights) are valid for check-ins Friday-Sunday.

CRUISE & STAY PACKAGES

  • Cruise & Stay packages are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Developer. 
  • Please note for all Cruise & Stay packages additional terms and conditions apply. By confirming your booking you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions as outlined by Holidays by Wyndham, OVC and individual cruise liner Terms and Conditions (Princess Cruises Terms and Conditions & Carnival Cruise Terms & Conditions). 
  • Cruise line brochures contain important information concerning your holiday. Please review the Terms & Conditions of the cruise line on which you are travelling, particularly policies concerning cancellation penalties. If applicable, locate your cabin to verify its location and bedding options. Compare ship, sailing dates and itinerary on this receipt with the cruise lines’ current brochure for accuracy. Cruise line brochures can be requested through OVC Cruise Centre.
  • Please note a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the package. Package balance is due within 30 days from date of booking made. If a booking is for check-in within 30 days, full package price must be made at time of booking.
  • Your booking may be cancelled if the deposit and/or final payment is not received by the required date stipulated by the supplier.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure booking details are correct and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties.
  • All government fees, port charges, surcharges and taxes are subject to change without notice until final payment is made and tickets have been issued.
  • Cancellations of reservations and reschedules of the booking are not permitted for any reason. A cancellation fee of $75 AUD per person will be charged by OVC Cruise Centre in the event of any cancellation, additional to any cancellation fees required by cruise line/supplier.   • It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they are aware of the latest travel advice issued by the Australian government and the latest health information for the destinations they are travelling. Information can be found at The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade & Travel Doctor.

  • Please note, the penalty charge will differ depending on: which Holidays by Wyndham offer is selected; whether it is an accommodation only offer or a flight and accommodation offer; and whether the dates travelled fall in high or low season periods. 
  • The full package prices below are based on standard packages. If any charges are made to the room, or if any upgrades or extras are taken, full charges and season rates will apply. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified

All guests confirm that they authorise Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd to use their contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile and home/private) provided in this form for sales and marketing purposes, in particular, for the purpose of offering the opportunity to attend a timeshare sales presentation on the WorldMark South Pacific Vacation Ownership program, for an indefinite period until they opt out. If staying in a Wyndham property: Packages including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name.

Rescheduling outside of 30 days from check-in will incur a $50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of 1 reschedules allowed per booking.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in for Wyndham properties, will incur a $50 fee unless dates are rescheduled at the time of cancellation.  Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur the full accommodation price being automatically charged to your credit card.

 

If staying in a non-Wyndham property: Cancellations of reservations and attempts to reschedule bookings made at Non-Wyndham properties are not permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way and will incur the full accommodation price being automatically charged to your credit card.

 

If on a Cruise & Stay package, cancellations of reservations and attempts to reschedule are not permitted for any reason.

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger's failure to comply with the above. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
